Nominate a Colleague

Criteria for Selection:

• Has made distinguished contributions to the theory and practice of pharmacy or has demonstrated major accomplishments in a professional pharmacy practice or in pharmaceutical research and development
• Managed or directed an organization that has made noteworthy national or international contributions to the pharmacy profession
• Contributed truly exceptional service to their community, the college, the profession, or the public
• The nominee for the Distinguished Alumni Award must be a University of Iowa College of Pharmacy graduate. The nominee for the Honorary Alumni Award must not.

To nominate, please send in a one page document (maximum) to barbara-kelley@uiowa.edu that states:

• your name and contact information

• the individual's name you wish to nominate and the applicable award
• 1-2 paragraphs on why you feel they are deserving of the award (if possible, list career and personal accomplishments, as above)
