Recently, College of Pharmacy Dean Donald Letendre traveled to Chicago, where the college hosted an alumni event at a Cubs game. The group first gathered at nearby Goose Island to mingle, then watched the Cubs take on the Brewers at Wrigley Field.

Staying in touch with the college's alumni is extremely important to Dean Letendre. Whether it is at reunions, various events and conferences throughout the year, or simply by stopping by local pharmacies just to say hello, he wants to keep in touch with the UI College of Pharmacy family.

In that respect, Dean Letendre has had a very busy winter and spring! He has a goal of shaking the hand of all 5000+ graduates from the UI College of Pharmacy, and has recently traveled to many states including Iowa, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C., Texas, California, Arizona, and Illinois. During his travels, he met with numerous alumni and friends who are part of the pharmacy family.

If you would like to know when the Dean will be traveling to your area or if you have already met him, contact Kayla Lalor.
