Eddy Airiohuodion, ’17 PharmD, is a Nigerian-American pharmacist and an entrepreneur. He is the director of operations at Chalice Pharmaceuticals, a company with the mission to improve access to affordable essential medicines to low- and middle-income countries in order to defeat chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes and heart diseases.
Airiohuodion is responsible for the day-to-day leadership decisions and for implementing Chalice’s short and long term strategic goals, including strategic partnerships, and identifying areas of opportunities to improve healthcare access in Africa.
He has numerous years of experience working in various healthcare settings including community pharmacy, hospital, and the pharmaceutical industry. While in pharmacy school, he was the president of the Christian Pharmacists Fellowship International.
Airiohuodion is a member of the American Pharmacists Association and the Nebraska Pharmacists Association.
