Linda Griffey is a retired partner from the Los Angeles office of O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where she practiced law, specializing in executive compensation and employee benefits, for over 30 years. During her career, she has been a frequent author and lecturer on the subjects of employee benefits and executive compensation for the USC Tax Institute, Practicing Law Institute, Prentice Hall Law & Business, and others.
Ms. Griffey is a fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel and has been honored by being named an honorary life member of the Western Pension & Benefits Conference, a Chambers USA leading lawyer (2006‐2011), and a Southern California “Super Lawyer” in surveys conducted by Law & Politics Media Inc. (2006‐2011). She serves as the secretary on the board of directors of the Pasadena Playhouse, and a member of the Executive Committee and the Governance Committee. Griffey also serves on the board of directors of the Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles as a community member of the Executive Compensation Committee, and as a community member of the Executive Compensation Committee of Valley Presbyterian Hospital. She serves on the Executive Leadership Team for the 2015 Go Red for Women Los Angeles Campaign (part of the American Red Cross).
Ms. Griffey received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Iowa in 1972 and a Juris Doctor from Duke University in 1980.
