As part of the VA, the Iowa City VA Health Care System (ICVAHCS) provides care and services for the approximately 50,000 veterans in Eastern Iowa and the bordering counties of Western Illinois. The Pharmacy Department at the ICVAHCS is seeking pharmacy student technicians to gain valuable experience by working in the Inpatient or Outpatient Pharmacy. These opportunities are set to begin after the conclusion of finals and include 40 hours per week over the summer break with a weekend rotation and a much lesser commitment during the academic semesters with a weekend rotation.
