1. Select Case Logs from the top menu ribbon
  2. Select Case Log Reports from the Filter By dropdown menu
  3. Select Patient Assessment Summary 

  1. Enter the Start Date (this should be the first day of Cycle 1)
  2. Select APPE from the Course/Rotation Group dropdown
  3. Select PHARMACOTHERAPY CATEGORIES from the Patient Assessment Group dropdown
  4. Select Show groups and patient assessments
  5. Select Next

  1. Required column:  displays how many are required for that category
  2. Total Completed column:  displays how many you have completed for that category
  3. Remaining column:  displays how many more you need in order to complete the requirement for that category

Select the +/- next to each category to see all of the items in the category. Selecting the item will display information about the encounters containing it.
