Dr. Wendy Chung, Kennedy Family Professor of Pediatrics and Medicine at Columbia University, will present a keynote lecture on "Precision Pediatrics Powered by Genomics" on Thursday, April 20 at 12:00pm.

Dr. Chung's research relates to the molecular genetics of obesity and diabetes in rodents and humans, the genetic basis of congenital heart disease, cardiomyopathies, arrhythmias, long QT Syndrome, pulmonary hypertension, endocrinopathies, congenital diaphragmatic hernias, cleft lip/cleft palate, seizures, mental retardation, inherited metabolic conditions and breast and pancreatic cancer susceptibility.
