Dr. Phaedra Henley will be giving a keynote address at "The Right to Health in a Changing World." Dr. Phaedra Henley is a professor at the University of Global Health Equity in Rwanda and the Director of the Division of One Health. Dr. Phaedra Henley earned her Bachelors of Medical Sciences, Masters in Environmental and Sustainability, and PhD in Pathology at Western University. She is the director of the Division of One Health at UGHE and runs Master of Science in Global Health Delivery Program at UGHE. During her postdoctoral research, Dr. Henley has contributed in establishing, implementing and teaching two new graduate programs in global health systems including developing field courses in Kenya and Uganda. Dr. Henley has also written many publications on environmental contaminants, chronic stress, pesticides and diabetes.
