College of Pharmacy student members of the University of Iowa Pain Management, Substance Use Disorders, Palliative Care (UI-PSP) will host a monthly meeting and guest speaker, Dr. Kashelle Lockman. Lockman, clinical assistant professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science at the Collge of Pharmacy, will discuss her educational background as well as outline a typical work day for a palliative care pharmacist and the pros/cons of a career in palliative care.
