The program emphasizes the integration of clinical and basic research. It involves advanced studies of experimental and clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, pharmacogenetics and the requirements for regulatory approval of new drugs. The graduate is well prepared to assume a tenure track academic position or career as a clinical research scientist.
Financial Support: Our students are supported through a research or teaching assistantship which provides tuition, fees, and a monthly living allowance. This is not aid for which you apply, but is offered if accepted into the program.
