Students fund their education through a variety of means, including loans, grants, scholarships, and work. Approximately 85 percent of UI College of Pharmacy students fund their tuition/living expenses through loans.

Iowa Residents $28,599/year

Non-Iowa Residents $45,075/year

If admitted, a non-refundable tuition deposit of $250 is required to hold a seat of admission in the college. The deposit will be applied towards your PharmD tuition.

Tuition and fees are subject to change.  Please check the UI Office of the Registrar website for current tuition rates and additional required fees. Students may view their assessed UI tuition and fees each semester through their MyUI account. Students will pay the amount based upon four years of enrollment. Please note the figures listed above are annual rates and may increase by three percent or more each academic year.
