Maurice Shaw, '13 R (community resident), has been inundated lately with job opportunities.  Pharmacies and public health institutions are frantically searching for trained professionals to administer and document COVID-19 vaccinations and monitor patients for side effects.  Shaw is a clinical pharmacist at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Pharmacy but works weekends to help fill the need.  He felt it was his duty to help end the pandemic.  

Shaw lives near Springfield, Illinois.
