Jeanine Abrons, clinical assistant professor in the Division of Applied Clinical Sciences, recently received an Innovations in Teaching with Technology Award (ITTA). The award seeks to enhance teaching and learning at the UI by supporting significant and innovative instructional technology projects that can increase student success and retention. 

She received the award for her work in developing a health screening app that would help healthcare providers make decisions about their patients and was recently honored at a teaching showcase hosted by the UI Office of Teaching, Learning and Technology for this work.
