In the Spotlight is an initiative to celebrate the incredibly talented people and teams within the college and to facilitate awareness and understanding of the unique individuals who make up the pharmacy family.

This month, we are learning about Mythri Kodidela, project manager in the non-sterile production area of UIP.

What is your perfect pizza?

My perfect pizza is thin crust with spinach, jalapeños, and lots of pineapple.

If you could have an endless supply of any food, what would it be?

I would love an endless supply of Thai style fried rice with vegetables and lots of egg.

What is your favorite childhood memory?

When I was eight or nine years old, during an ordinary summer evening in India, my family and I watched a mini-tornado form a few blocks from my house. I remember what each of my family members were doing vividly--how my mom was sipping tea on the porch and reading stories to my little sister and I, while I sat on my dad's shoulders. The memory feels like it happened just yesterday and I remember how happy we were as a family.

How many states have you traveled to in the United States?

Fifteen

What would you do if you won the lottery?

I would travel the world with my husband. Venice is on my bucket list!

Tell us about your personal photo.

The photo is of my husband and I while honeymooning in Puerto Rico. We both love beaches!

This "In the Spotlight" has been brought to you by the UI College of Pharmacy Staff Council.
