The opportunities I've had during my PhD work at Iowa with UIP and PSET have helped me progress well and improve day by day as a scientist.

His primary thesis advisor, Lewis Stevens, is an assistant professor in the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Experimental Therapeutics (PSET). Singaraju has been with the college since 2013 and has at least three research publications.

"I am a person who likes learning new things every day, and research helps me do that," Singaraju said. "The opportunities I've had during my PhD work at Iowa with UIP and PSET have helped me progress well and improve day by day as a scientist."
