The UI College of Pharmacy building continues its progress!

Much of the exterior 'skin' has been installed.  Black granite panels now cover the east and north walls.  In the north wing, in addition to the exterior progress, a large west curtain wall glazing has been installed and final structural sealants are being fitted.  Mechanical rough-in is ongoing on all three floors.

The south tower interior is slowly progressing, as resources have been focused on getting the building enclosure complete.  Door frames within the lower levels are being mounted.

October is shaping up to be a very busy month.  The green exterior sheathing will be complete and the high roof and north-mid roof on the tower should be completed. Interior activities include spray fireproofing on the 3rd floor north wing and 7th-floor penthouse.  Once the fireproofing is complete, the interior walls and mechanical systems will be installed.
