Join the University of Iowa College of Pharmacy in-person Career Fair on Thursday, November 3, 2022, from 4 pm-6 pm in the lobby of the College of Pharmacy Building (CPB). Interviews for fourth-year pharmacy students will be scheduled for Friday, November 4th, from 8:30 am-4:00 pm.

About the Career Fair

Plan to connect with fourth-year students with employment and residency opportunities!  P1s-P3s may also attend to establish ongoing relationships with recruiters/pharmacists, career opportunities, mentoring, and internship information.

  • Recruiters will have a table provided. Displays/table coverings must be able to fit on the tabletop or behind the table.
  • No charge to recruiters or students.
  • Light refreshments will be served.

About the Interview Day

Interviews (virtual or in-person) are intended for fourth-year students. Recruiters will manage their interview schedule(s) directly with scheduling software/program of their choice. For example: Google calendar, Teams, or Handshake.  

  • We will provide your links/instructions to our P4 students.
  • College of Pharmacy interview rooms may be requested.
  • If you schedule through Handshake--Pomerantz Career Center rooms may also be available.
  • Lunch on your own.
  • No charge to recruiters or students.
  • If you are unable to attend either the Career Fair or Interview Day, please send any program information to share with our students.

The closest public parking lot to the College of Pharmacy building is the Field House Lot. The lot is south of the Field House (225 S Grand Ave), past the street called "For the Kids Way."

The closest restaurant is Hillcrest dining center, located across the street from College of Pharmacy building.
