Introduction
Dr. Korey A. Kennelty, PharmD, MS, PhD, BCGP is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science in the College of Pharmacy and the Department of Family Medicine in the Carver College of Medicine at the University of Iowa. Her clinical practice is through the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics as a geriatrics pharmacist. Dr. Kennelty received her B.B.A. (2001) from the University of Toledo, Pharm.D. (2008) from Midwestern University- Glendale, and M.S. (2010) and Ph.D. (2013) from the University of Wisconsin- Madison. She then completed a 3-year Advanced Fellowship (2016) at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital specializing in geriatrics and implementation science.
