Palliative Care Certificate Impact: I utilize the knowledge and experiences I gained from completing the palliative care certificate program to manage complex pain regimens in oncology and bone marrow transplant patients and provide pain management recommendations daily. One of the biggest impacts that the palliative care certificate has had in my career thus far has been the skills I gained in having and leading difficult conversations with patients and families as they navigate life-changing diagnoses.
