Choeun is the current community resident at Towncrest Pharmacy. There, he provides patient care largely through the  Med Sync program and consultation services to local assisted living communities. One of the reasons he chose Towncrest Pharmacy was because of how often the opportunity arises to provide thorough and comprehensive recommendations to patients and providers alike. Choeun hopes to provide a service to help educate patients on the benefits of palliative care.

Palliative Care Certificate Impact:  In my conversations with patients and providers, I center interventions based on the concerns of the patient. I also actively empathize with patients to ensure that recommendations I have in mind are changes they would be willing to make.
