Palliative Care Certificate Impact: The palliative care certificate program profoundly impacted my career by fostering a deepened understanding of empathy and human connection. While obtaining hands-on experience with compassionate care at the University of Iowa, I became more attuned to the emotional needs of others, enhancing my ability to communicate, collaborate, and provide holistic support, all of which has carried over to my current pharmacy practice today.
