The American Pharmacists Association Annual Meeting and Exposition was held March 27-30, 2015, in San Diego, Calif. Several College of Pharmacy students and faculty members spoke, presented posters, or otherwise were participating at the meeting.
During the meeting, Susan Vos, clinical associate professor and director of the Professional Experience Program, was recognized as a fellow of the organization. Read more about it here.
PharmD student Shiny Parsai was recognized as the 2015 recipient of the Juan and Esperanza Luna Scholarship during the APhA-ASP Opening General Session on March 28. This scholarship was awarded for her exceptional demonstration of leadership skills and academics through active involvement in APhA-ASP.
