There is no other campus in the nation and possibly in the world that will experience this kind of rejuvenation at a single time. The College of Pharmacy is one of many parts of campus that will be celebrated this fall.

The University of Iowa is poised to open three new facilities during the 2016-17 academic year that were destroyed by the historic flood of 2008:  Hancher Auditorium, Visual Arts Building, and Voxman Music Building.

The UI will also open a fourth new facility—the University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital—and break ground on two additional facilities—the south annex of the College of Engineering and a new College of Pharmacy building. It will also continue its work in support of the new UI Museum of Art, and install Bruce Harreld as the institution’s 21st president.
