College of Pharmacy Dean Donald E. Letendre spent much of June travelling the state, sharing accomplishments, research, and plans of the college with legislators and supporters. This statewide effort to garner support comes months ahead of a planned ask to the Iowa legislature for preliminary funding to support the first phase of planning for a new College of Pharmacy facility.

In June, Dean Letendre visited with:

  • Representative Tyler Olson (D-Cedar Rapids)
  • Representative Nick Wagner (R-Marion)
  • Senator Joni Ernst (R-Red Oak)
  • Senator Michael Gronstal (D-Council Bluffs)
