The 2014 fall semester is officially underway, and the College of Pharmacy has been fortunate to launch the new school year by welcoming its new students in style. On Friday, August 22, the college welcomed 16 new graduate students from around the world and the U.S. On Saturday, August 23, 108 first year Doctor of Pharmacy students were welcomed to the profession of pharmacy.

College of Pharmacy Dean Donald Letendre recently announced the 2014 Alumni Award recipients. Honorees will be recognized during the college’s annual alumni recognition dinner on October 10.

College of Pharmacy alumnus Pat Keefe, ’69 BSPh, and third-year student Jake Meyer recently completed a summer mission trip providing patient care to the community of Kabingo, Uganda.
