Great leaders inspire greatness in others! The UI College of Pharmacy is hosting the Zada Cooper Leadership Symposium on April 30.

The UI College of Pharmacy Staff Council works to recognize faculty and staff who go above and beyond to help their colleagues.

In January 2016, Jeanine Abrons, clinical assistant professor in the Division of Applied Clinical Sciences, traveled to Roseau, Dominica.

While the building isn’t anticipated to be completed until 2019, several advances in the planning process have been made.

Sam Franck-Rezac is the director of analytical laboratories within University of Iowa Pharmaceuticals (UIP), a contract manufacturer and testing laboratory for pharmaceutical drug products in clinical trials through commercial stages. She manages the laboratory which consists of 16 individuals. They are responsible for the in-process, finished product release and stability testing as well as method development and validation for the pharmaceutical drug products.

The UI College of Pharmacy Professional Mentorship Program began in 2010 when the first group of alumni and friends walked on stage at the White Coat Ceremony to coat their assigned students.
